I often feel discouraged about this life on earth, But then I think of Jesus, about His humble birth.
Verse 2
Christ came to buy my pardon; sent down from Heav’n above, Laid simply in a manger, to us He brought God’s love.
Verse 3
“About my Father’s bus’ness,” that’s what He came to do. To teach us to be humble, and to our God be true.
Verse 4
They mocked Him and they cursed Him, they spat upon His face, They crucified my Savior, He humbly took my place.

Now when I feel discouraged, I think of Calvary. Christ died for my salvation, He gave His life for me.
