Verse 1: God’s servants of old when faced with the fire, Placed their faith and trust in Him; “Were not three men cast in the fire? Yet four we see within.”
Verse 2: Trials sore, threats of men, and darts may be hurled; Woes of fire sometimes seem near; But God, our strength, deliv’rance brings, and He is ever near.
Chorus: Thru the fire God is with us, in our trials He is there; Thru the darkest of hours He sustains; If we follow Him, His truth upholding, An eternal rest we will gain.
