Verse 1
Noah was a righteous man, others were so bad. Evil people ev’rywhere made the Lord so sad. God told Noah, “Build an ark. In it you will bring two of ev’ry animal, ev’ry living thing.”
Verse 2
God said, “Bring your family, they will all survive. When the water floods the earth, you will stay alive.” Noah followed each command given by his King, safe when God sent rain to drown ev’ry living thing. Then God sent the wind, and the earth dried. Then two by two, all came outside. They worshipped God, bowed their heads low, looked at the sky, saw the rainbow!
Verse 3
God has promised no more floods cover all the land. Rainbows are the sign that His promises will stand. Every rainbow in the sky makes me want to sing, God will never flood again ev’ry living thing!
