Verse 1: I love to hear the stories that Jesus taught His friends. His stories help me understand how He wants me to live.
Verse 2: A woman lost her coin. A shepherd lost his sheep. A father’s son ran off from home Their sorrow made them weep.
Verse 3: The woman found her coin. The shepherd found his sheep. The father’s son returned at last, Their joy was great to see.
Verse 4: When someone turns from Jesus, it makes Him very sad. When he turns back to Jesus, it makes Him very glad.
